Neil West
Born on the coast of the mainland visible from Marrow Isle's bluffs, Neil grew up in Pumpkin Hollow's backyard and is no stranger to the paranormal. Ever since childhood he has had the unique ability to traverse and manipulate the world of dreams, and has known since childhood he wanted to use this power to help others. He spent most of his adult life studying psychology and has come away with it a doctorate. He now dedicates his life to combining his studies with his intrinsic ability and has worked in Pumpkin Hollow as a psychic dream therapist for the past 7 years. Originally he saw the hauntings on the island as a point of academic interest, but as Pumpkin Hollow's trouble's escalated, Neil doubled down on his research. His group, the Ocularum, seeks to assert control over the curse through occult study.

A clean-cut man who usually keeps his hair extremely neat and well-styled, though it will easily get quite curly and frizzy if neglected. He has wide, inquisitive eyes that look even wider behind his round coke-bottle glasses, which he wears because he is extremely near-sighted. He tends to favor simple clothing that allows him to maintain a polished look without sacrificing comfort, as he has a penchant for the occasional cat nap.
